At ClearPath Capital Partners, customers, and their privacy are a high priority. During our work with you regarding investments, estate/personal financial planning and insurance needs you share personal information with the employees of ClearPath Capital Partners, LLC. This might include information on applications, worksheets or other documents we use in preparing your insurance analysis & investment strategy. It also may include information we receive directly from third parties regarding your accounts with them and information about your transactions with us or our affiliates. We value your trust and make every effort to continue to deserve your confidence.


Protecting your privacy is important to us and we restrict access to your personal and financial information to those employees with whom it is necessary to perform the services you have hired us to do; to other financial services entities such as broker dealers, insurance companies, money managers and mutual fund companies in order to effect transactions which you have requested or authorized. We may also share certain information with third party administrators or vendors we use to complete a transaction you have requested. 
Your personal information is stored in a secure space or on a secure computer. We take our obligation to you seriously and value your trust. If you ever discontinue your client relationship with ClearPath Capital Partners, LLC, we will be happy to return your documents. We will continue to protect and treat as confidential the information that you provided.

Business Continuity Plan


ClearPath Capital Partners LLC has developed and maintains important disaster recovery and business continuity plans that may be activated in the event of a significant business disruption. If you are unable to contact us at our office (650-312-9850) and need assistance you should contact TD Ameritrade Institutional at 888-613-2401. For instructions on how you may execute orders and access customer funds held by 3rd party money managers please contact TD Ameritrade Institutional Services at 888-613-2401.

Our plan is to resume business operations as quickly as possible after taking all appropriate steps to safeguard our employees and property, our financial books and records and all customer files. The plan addresses the following elements: Customers’ Access to Funds and Securities; Data Back-Up and Recovery (Hard Copy and Electronic); Financial and Operational Assessments; Mission Critical Systems; Alternate Communications between the Firm and Customers, Employees, and Regulators; Critical Business Constituents, Banks, and Counter-Parties and Regulatory Reporting.
